  • For Highly Skilled Migrants & Exceptionally Talented Migrants: We can assist with applications for visas for individuals with exceptional skills and talents in fields such as science, research, arts, and culture. Fee Estimates: £3,500 – £6,000. Dependents: £2,500
  • Sponsorship Licences: We can advise on and assist with obtaining a Sponsorship Licence from the Home Office, which is required for employers to sponsor skilled workers from outside the UK. Fee Estimates: £3,500 – £6,000. Certificate of Sponsorship: £750
  • Sponsorship of Skilled Workers: We can assist employers with all aspects of sponsoring skilled workers, including conducting Right to Work checks and complying with the Immigration Rules. Fee Estimates: £2,500 – £4,000. Dependents: £1,500
  • For Students: We can advise on the requirements for obtaining a Student Visa and assist with your application, including guidance on Tier 4 visa requirements and extensions. Fee Estimates: £2,500 – £3,000. Dependents: £1,500
  • Indefinite Leave to Remain: We can assist with applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), also known as “Settled Status,” which grants you the right to live and work in the UK permanently. Fee Estimates: £3,500 – £5,000. Dependents: £2,500
  • Appeals & Judicial Review: We can represent you at all levels of immigration appeal, including appeals to the First-tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal. We can also advise on and assist with judicial review proceedings in cases where the Home Office has made an unlawful decision. Fee estimates: £5,000 – £12,000
  • Citizenship & Nationality: We can assist with applications for British Citizenship, including applications based on marriage, ancestry, and naturalisation. Fee estimates: £3,000 – £5,000

Fees and VAT

Please note that the fees listed above generally exclude Value Added Tax (VAT), which is currently charged at 20% in the UK.

Important Note Regarding VAT and Immigration:

The applicability of VAT to our immigration services can vary depending on your residency status and the specific type of immigration application.

We will carefully assess your individual circumstances and confirm whether VAT is applicable to your case at the time of instruction. If VAT is applicable, it will be charged at the prevailing rate of 20%.

 

Disbursements (not included in legal fees)

Disbursements are additional costs paid directly to third parties on your behalf. These may include:

  • Expert Witness Fees (VAT at 20% may apply): Required in specific cases. We will confirm if applicable and the estimated cost.
  • Interpreter Fees (VAT at 20% may apply): The cost depends on the language, duration, and location (remote or in-person). We estimate £500-£2,500 for a remote interpreter, with potential additional fees for in-person services. The number of hours needed varies based on case complexity (see “Factors Affecting Costs” below). You are not obligated to use our interpreters; you may choose a friend or community figure.
  • Translation Fees (VAT at 20% may apply): The cost depends on the language and number of documents. We will confirm the estimated cost if needed.
  • Counsel’s Fees (VAT at 20% may apply): £200-£500 per hour for complex issues or First-Tier Tribunal hearings. We will discuss this separately if needed.

VAT

Unless explicitly stated, VAT (20%) is not included in the fees listed above. We will confirm VAT applicability for specific disbursements at the time of instruction.

Appeal Services

Our appeal services are not included in the fees mentioned above. We can discuss separate fee estimates for appeals upon request.

Application Processing Time

We can typically submit most applications within 2 weeks of receiving all necessary documents. Urgent cases may be submitted faster. However, we cannot guarantee Home Office processing times. You can find current processing times on their website.
